Our cheer classes are designed to support athletes at every stage of their journey—from preschool beginners building coordination and confidence, to older athletes preparing for school cheer tryouts. Each class focuses on age-appropriate skills including jumps, motions, chants, dance, and basic tumbling, all taught in a positive and energetic environment. Whether your athlete is just starting out or looking to sharpen their technique, our program offers the perfect blend of instruction, motivation, and fun.

Class Descriptions
Preschool Power
This fun and engaging class is designed to help preschoolers build coordination, strength, and motor skills through age-appropriate cheer and tumbling instruction. With a focus on early skill development in a high-energy, supportive environment, they will learn basic motions, jumps, and beginner tumbling techniques. Preschool Power meets once a week for 45 minutes and is the perfect first step for little ones ready to move, learn, and cheer.
*Ages 3 and 4 (preschool age)
Beginner Cheer & Tumble
This combo class introduces grade-school athletes to the fundamentals of both cheerleading and tumbling in a fun, upbeat environment. Athletes will learn cheers, motions, jumps, dances, and the basics of sideline performance while also developing foundational tumbling skills such as rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, backbends, and progressions toward walkovers. Perfect for beginner cheerleaders who want to build skills, stay active, and enjoy the energy of cheer.
*Ages 5-9
Cheer Prep 101
Designed for cheerleaders preparing for school tryouts, this class focuses on jump technique, motion precision, and foundational tumbling. Athletes will train through targeted drills, flexibility exercises, plyometric work, and a strength and conditioning routine to enhance their overall athletic presence. The goal is to build both skill and confidence—giving athletes the edge they need to boost their scores on tryout day.
*Ages 9-16
Private Cheer Prep 101
For athletes looking to maximize their progress, this semi-private class offers all the benefits of our Cheer Prep 101 class but with a 3:1 athlete-to-coach ratio, providing more personalized instruction and focused feedback. Perfect for cheerleaders who want extra one-on-one attention to sharpen their jump technique, motion precision, and tumbling skills as they prepare for school cheer tryouts.
*Ages 9-16
Coed Stunt
This class offers a unique opportunity to stunt with collegiate co-ed stunters and work on skills ranging from basic to elite, with a strong emphasis on proper technique and progressions to improve their strength, control, and body awareness. With hands-on training, athletes get the chance to learn stunts typically seen at the college level in a safe, structured setting.
*Ages 7 & up
Sideline Team
Bring the energy to the stands with our NEW Sideline Team! This program introduces cheer fundamentals through crowd-leading chants, sharp motions, jumps, and spirit-building fun. It’s the perfect stepping stone for athletes eager to experience the excitement of cheering under the Friday night lights.
