Walkovers
(Level1/2) Athletes must have a standing bridge, cartwheel, and roundoff to participate. This class reinforces foundational tumbling while introducing a deeper focus on muscle engagement, lever drills, and proper technique for front and back walkovers. Athletes will also work on wall taps and body angles when transitioning out of roundoffs. Ideal for beginner cheerleaders or dancers looking to elevate their skills and enhance their routine performance.

Handsprings
(Level 2) Designed for athletes who have mastered back walkovers and are ready to build and refine their back handspring technique. This class focuses on improving form, power, and efficiency through drills that emphasize angle manipulation, body control, and skill connections. Ideal for athletes working toward a technically sound back handspring or looking to strengthen and connect their existing skills.
*Ages 5-15
Private Level 1 tumble Class
This semi-private class (3 athletes max) offers a more personalized training environment, allowing coaches to focus closely on each athlete’s form, technique, and progression. Designed for athletes working on front and back walkovers, this class reinforces foundational tumbling through targeted drills that build strength, body control, and confidence. The smaller setting helps athletes achieve greater consistency throughout the season.
