Cheer and tumbling class combined. Learn cheers, cheer motions, jumps, dances, the basics of cheerleading, and basic, developmental tumble skills on your level. Tumble skills include rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, backbends, and front and back walkovers. Lots of fun and perfect for the beginner cheerleader wanting to have fun while cheering!
Ages 5-9
Cheer and tumble class focusing on improving jump and motion technique as well as improving tumble skills for tryouts through drills, flexibility training, and plyometrics. Learn front walkovers, standing backbends, cartwheels, round offs, and one-hand tricks. Strength building exercises and body control as a pre-backhandspring skill. Athletes will participate in a strength conditioning program to improve their overall athletic impression. Focus on improving jump height and motion precision and execution. The athlete will be given the necessary tools to improve jumps score and motion score at your next tryout!
Ages 9-14
Level 1/2. Standing bridge, cartwheel & roundoff REQUIRED.Reinforcement of beginner tumble, but will move on to a deeper understanding of muscle engagement, lever drills, front, and back walkovers, wall taps, and angles coming out of roundoffs. Perfect for the beginner cheerleader or dancer wanting to take their skills or routine to the next level!
Ages 5-12
Level 2. Designed for Athletes who are focusing on building skills beyond back walkovers, working on back handspring techniques and those Athletes who are able to demonstrate a technically correct back handspring. Improve basic back handspring technique and learn more about angle manipulation, connections, and how to generate power more efficiently while connecting skills.
Ages 5-15
Level 3. Athletes will reinforce what they learned in handspring class, should at this point be able to execute roundoff 3, and start to work on setting drills, c-shape drills, as well as punch front drills, front/back tucks. Dynamic class for those ready to get their tumbling skills to new heights!

(If tuition is due on the 1st of every month and you submit the form after the 15th, your next month's tuition will still be due regardless of attendance/participation)
